1、Order

Please check the ordering method below and purchase [Optional] Full custom name engraving along with your favorite folding fan.

2. Design proposal production and proposal

Based on the pattern, design, color, number of characters, usage, and other requests of the customer, we will create an initial design proposal and send you an image.

3, customer confirmation

Please confirm the design proposal and respond to approval or correction request.
・According to your request, we can change the characters, change the position of the name, change the color, change the font, and change the design characters. (The font size and number of characters cannot be changed.)
・If you are unsure about how to order, a craftsman who has been involved in the production of branded fans for many years will ask you about the usage scene and desired image, and then make corrections and re-propose.
*We only accept letters for full custom name engraving. If you want to put crests, logos, illustrations, etc., we will accept orders from Custom Design Fans .

4、Proposal and production of revised design proposal

We will create up to 3 design proposals.

5, Customer approval, design decision

No changes can be made after the design is decided. Please check carefully.

6, production start

7. Completion of the product and shipping

After the design is decided, we will ship it within 10 business days.
