2. Meeting

We will listen to your requests and inquiries via chat, email, phone, etc.

3. Proposal and quotation (free)

We will propose products, designs, costs, and delivery dates based on your requests.

4. Place your order and pay the deposit

After placing your order, we will begin production upon receiving a deposit of 50% of the total price.
*Once your order has been placed, we will not be able to change, cancel or return the design or product (fan) etc. Please be sure to check carefully.

5, production

If you wish to incorporate a logo or mark, you will need to submit the data.

6. Payment of the remaining amount and delivery

Once you have paid the remaining amount, we will deliver the product to your specified delivery address.
